All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Beach Expert, Caleb, the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it’s expiring soon or if you need a new passport, apply for one immediately. Passport processing time is taking much longer than normal due to the recent surge in travel. For more passport information, visit travel.state.gov.

FLIGHTS
Airfare is not included in your guest package but can be added by our Beach Expert, Caleb, if you wish to add these to your package.
When booking your flights, choose the Montego Bay (MBJ) airport.
TRANSFERSYour round trip transportation from the Montego Bay (MBJ) airport to Riu Palace Jamaica Resort is included in your guest package. If you book your own flights, our Beach Expert, Caleb, will be reaching out to you in the weeks prior to travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.
