Round-Trip Airport Transfers

You’ll have roundtrip transportation between the Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ) & the Hideaway& Royalton Blue Waters resorts. Private transfers are also available.

Not Attending?

  • We appreciate our guests making their room reservations on our official website! Staying in our room block lets us know you are able to attend the wedding & keeps you up to date on all event details. Our wedding team at BlueSun Weddings is here to assist you with your room reservation & answer any questions!

  • Yes, you’ll need a passport. Please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after getting back from the trip. If you need a new passport, get started as soon as possible to avoid delays. For more info visit the travel.state.gov website.

  • No, airfare is not included in your guest package. We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change and cancelation policies. Creating a Google Flight alert can help you track airfare pricing by sending you fare updates. Find out more information about flight alerts HERE.

    When booking your flights, choose the Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ).

  • All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be automatically sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.

    If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator with the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.

    *A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.

  • We’ve reserved a variety of room options for our guests around our wedding date. You can book your stay between 3-7 nights. If you’d like to explore other room categories or dates outside of the current range, please reach out to our Reservations Coordinator for availability! There is a link further down the website to do so.

  • Royalton Blue Waters is a family friendly resort that is next to Hideaway, which is adults only (18+). Guests at Hideaway have access to both resorts but not the other way around. It’s like getting two resorts for the price of one! Hideaway also comes with additional Diamond Club amenities, which you’ll find below!

  • Trip insurance will be offered & will need to be purchased in order to receive a refund on payments. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
