Round-Trip Airport Transfers

Your roundtrip transfers between the V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU) & Royalton Antigua resort are included when flights are provided at least 45 days before travel.

All Inclusive Food & Beverages

Enjoy access to a variety of restaurants, buffets, bars, & lounges with unlimited dining & drink options. Good thing vacation calories don’t count!

Taxes & Fees

The price of your room covers everything you need for your stay including taxes & fees. No hidden fees!

Full Access to Wedding Events

Booking inside the room block serves as your RSVP to the wedding & registers your attendance to all wedding events.

One-on-One Service

Connect with our wedding team via text, email, or call for questions or modifications to your guest package.

Payment Options

Whether you pay monthly or set up a customized schedule, there are multiple payment options available.

We are past the 50% payment date & rates will now be based on the resort rates at the time of booking. Please keep in mind, that room availability & rates are not guaranteed until the required payments are received. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

Our wedding is exclusively booked through BlueSun Weddings. Your Guest Package to attend is not secured until you have booked your room through this website.

  • Yes, we kindly ask that you make your room reservation within our room block. Booking outside of the block or at a different property separates you from the rest of the group. When staying off property, you would only be able to be with us on the wedding day. There are also additional costs associated with securing a resort day pass and transportation. We want your experience to be easy and stress free, so please reach out with any questions!

  • Yes, you’ll need a passport. Please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after getting back from the trip. If you need a new passport, get started as soon as possible to avoid delays. For more info visit the travel.state.gov website.

  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS

    When you submit your flights at least 45 days before travel, your airport transfers will be included in your package from the V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU) & Royalton Antigua resort.

    Our team will be reaching out to you in the weeks before travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.

    FLIGHTS

    Airfare is not included in your guest package.

    We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change and cancelation policies. Creating a Google Flight alert can help you track airfare pricing by sending you fare updates. Find out more information about flight alerts HERE.

    When booking your flights, choose the V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU).

  • Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your trip for ANY reason at least one business day before the reservation start date.

    You will not be required to provide any reason when canceling. We simply need to receive your request, in writing, at least one business day before your reservation start date. THAT'S IT!

    You'll receive more insights & a chance to opt into Cancellation Protection prior to your 50% payment date.

    The $100 deposit is non-refundable with or without Cancellation Protection.

  • All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then receive invoices prior to the two required due dates.

    If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.

    *A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.
