Elegance Club Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi
This adult only junior suite features a furnished balcony with outdoor jacuzzi & lounge bed, Garden/Pool Views, butler service, room service, a mini bar, Nespresso machine, bathrobe & slippers, WiFi, & Elegance Club amenities. (See FAQ) 625 sq. ft.
One Bedroom Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi
This suite features a furnished balcony with outdoor jacuzzi & lounge bed, Garden/Pool Views, room service, a mini bar, Nespresso machine, bathrobe & slippers, WiFi, & a living room & bedroom area separated by doors. 850 sq. ft.
Swim Up Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi
This suite comes with access to a swim up pool, garden/pool views. Also features an outdoor jacuzzi, lounge bed, furnished balcony, room service, a mini bar, bathrobe & slippers, WiFi, & a living room & bedroom separated by doors. (See FAQ) 1,000 sq. ft.
Elegance Club Swim Up Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi

My birthday celebration is exclusively booked through BlueSun Travel Group. Your Guest Package to attend is not secured until you have booked your room through this website.

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it’s expiring soon or if you need a new passport, apply for one immediately. Passport processing time is taking much longer than normal due to the recent surge in travel. For more passport information, visit travel.state.gov.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
When you submit your flights at least 45 days before travel, your airport transfers will be included in your package from the Cancun (CUN) airport to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.
Our team will be reaching out to you in the weeks before travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.
FLIGHTS
No, airfare is not included in your guest package.
We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change and cancelation policies. Creating a Google Flight alert can help you track airfare pricing by sending you fare updates. Find out more information about flight alerts HERE.

Yes, I kindly ask that you make your room reservation within the room block. Booking outside of the block or at a different property separates you from the rest of the group. When staying off-property, you would have additional costs associated with securing a resort day pass & transportation. I want your experience to be easy & stress-free, so please reach out with any questions!

Yes! Booking excursions before you arrive in destination is a great way to guarantee availability of your preferred date & time.

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then receive invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.
Please note: Without Cancellation Protection, all payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your trip for ANY reason at least one business day before the reservation start date.
You will not be required to provide any reason when canceling. We simply need to receive your request, in writing, at least one business day before your reservation start date. THAT'S IT!
You'll receive more insights & a chance to opt into Cancellation Protection prior to your 50% payment date or you can request to add it using the link in the “Need Help?” section at the bottom of this site.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable with or without Cancellation Protection as is the cost of Cancellation Protection.
