Round-Trip Airport Transfers
Your roundtrip transfers between the Cancun International Airport (CUN) & Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun resort are included when flights are provided at least 45 days before travel.
All Inclusive Food & Beverages
Enjoy access to a variety of restaurants, buffets, bars, & lounges with unlimited dining & drink options. Good thing vacation calories don’t count!
Taxes & Fees
The price of your room covers everything you need for your stay including taxes & fees. No hidden fees!

Our vow renewal is exclusively booked through BlueSun Vacations. Your Guest Package to attend is not secured until you have booked your room through this website.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
November 15, 2024: Deposit of $200 per person is due
February 14, 2025: 50% payment due & deadline to add optional insurance
March 14, 2025: Payment in Full is due
IMPORTANT: Reservations made after the 50% payment date are subject to resort availability & rates. They are confirmed only after full payment & travel details are received.

We kindly ask that you reserve your room within our room block. Booking elsewhere or at a different property separates you from the group, & you'd only be with us on the day of the vow renewal. Staying off property also means additional costs for a resort day pass & transportation. We want to make your experience easy & stress-free, so feel free to reach out with any questions!

Yes, you’ll need a passport. Please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after getting back from the trip. If you need a new passport, get started as soon as possible to avoid delays. For more info visit the travel.state.gov website.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
When you submit your flights at least 45 days before travel, your airport transfers will be included in your package from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) & Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun resort.
Our team will be reaching out to you in the weeks before travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.
FLIGHTS
Airfare is not included in your guest package.

Cancellation Protection lets you cancel for any reason up to one business day before your trip. No explanation is needed—just send a written request at least one business day before your reservation starts.
You’ll get more details & the option to add Cancellation Protection before your 50% payment is due.
Please note: The $200 per person deposit is non-refundable, with or without Cancellation Protection.

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $200 per person deposit! You will then receive invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.
