We really cannot wait to celebrate with you in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Why cram all the fun into one night when you can span it out over a week in perfect weather with all your favorite people? We created this website as a convenient way to share important details & see who is interested in joining in on the big day! Here you'll find our schedule of events, travel information, & some FAQs about the day. Most importantly, you can officially RSVP by booking your room through this site. As a special treat, we're kicking off the weekend with a Welcome Bonfire on the beach, on Saturday, the night before the big day. From 7:30pm to 9:30pm, we'll gather around the fire, enjoy cocktails, & indulge in some delicious s'mores.

Please note, while the resort is family friendly, there are a limited number of children invited to the wedding ceremony & reception due to the location limitations. If you are planning on traveling with your children, understanding that they will not be attending the wedding, please include this note in your reservation so we can note the booking.

We have reserved a variety of room options for our guests from 3-7 nights around our wedding date. If you’d like to extend your stay or explore additional room options, please reach out to your Reservations Coordinator for availability!

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it’s expiring soon or if you need a new passport, apply for one immediately. Passport processing time is taking much longer than normal due to the recent surge in travel. For more passport information, visit travel.state.gov.

FLIGHTS
No, airfare is not included in your guest package. We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change & cancelation policies. SHUTTLE
Your round trip shuttle between Los Cabos International airport (SJD) & Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is included! Our team will be reaching out to you the weeks prior to travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.

Trip insurance will be offered & will need to be purchased in order to receive a refund on payments. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

WEDDING DRESS CODE
Beach Cocktail
A dress, suit, or jumpsuit all work for women to wear to a beach formal wedding. As for shoes, the wedding will not be taking place on the beach, so please wear formal shoes such as heels, nice wedges, or formal footwear.
As for men, wear either a suit or a long-sleeved shirt and tie with a jacket and slacks. Opt for solid colors, like beige and light blue, avoiding black, cream, and white, if possible. Additionally, be sure to select a look with a breathable fabric such as linen, khaki, or seersucker. Dress shoes or a nice pair of shoes that compliment the slacks are required, while shorts and sandals are not permitted.
RESTAURANT DRESS CODE
At the gourmet & fine dining restaurants, the dress code is Resort Elegant—a tropical, “vacation-y” take on Smart Casual: no flip flops or casual shorts, but nice sundresses & dress shorts with button-down shirts or polos are acceptable.
The general dress code for the other restaurants is casual (shirts & shoes required), with the exception of the poolside eateries, where swimsuit attire is completely acceptable. Click here for restaurant details.

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.
