Airport Transfers
You will receive roundtrip transportation between the St Lucia International Airport (UVF) & the Royalton St Lucia resort. Private transfers are also available.
All Inclusive Food & Beverages
Enjoy access to a variety of restaurants, buffets, bars, & lounges with unlimited dining & drink options. Good thing vacation calories don’t count!
Taxes & Fees
The price of your room covers everything you need for your stay including taxes & fees. No hidden fees!
Full Access to Private Events
Booking inside the room block serves as your RSVP to the marriage celebration & registers your attendance to all events.
One-on-One Service
Connect with our marriage celebration team via text, email or call for questions or modifications to your guest package.
Payment Options
Whether you pay monthly or set up a customized schedule, there are multiple payment options available.
Rates will be based on the resort rates at the time of booking. Please keep in mind, that room availability & rates are not guaranteed until the required payments are received. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.
If you have a AAA membership or promotional rate that is lower than our group rates, please let our wedding team know so they can attempt to price-match the promotion while keeping you booked as part of our wedding group. This will allow for the flexibility to make changes until the 50% payment date.

The resort has other room options including one & two-bedroom suites. If you do not see a room option that works for you & your family in this room block, & see something on the resort's website you feel would work better for you, please reach out to our Reservations Coordinator & we will do our best to add your requested room type depending upon availability.

We have reserved a variety of room options for our guests from 4-10 nights around our wedding date. If you’d like to extend your stay or explore additional room options, please reach out to your Reservations Coordinator for availability!

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it’s expiring soon or if you need a new passport, apply for one immediately. Passport processing time is taking much longer than normal due to the recent surge in travel. For more passport information, visit travel.state.gov.

FLIGHTS
No, airfare is not included in your guest package. We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change & cancelation policies. When booking your flights, choose the St Lucia International Airport (UVF).AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Yes! Your round trip transportation from the St Lucia International Airport (UVF) to Royalton St Lucia Resort is included in your guest package.
Our team will be reaching out to you the weeks prior to travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.

Trip insurance will be offered & will need to be purchased in order to receive a refund on payments. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
