Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort offers a wide variety of casual & sophisticated dining options. Dress code ranges from mostly casual with a touch of formal:
CASUALBermuda shorts or capri pants, sneakers & sandals. Ladies must wear bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.
* This dress code applies to the Barefoot Grill, Coco café, Desires Sports bar & music lounge, Himitsu Pan-Asian restaurant, Oceana Seafood specialties, Seaside Grill, & World Café buffet. (Casual Elegance required for dinner at the buffet)CASUAL ELEGANCE
Sneakers or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip flops. Long pants required for men.
This dress code applies to Portofino Italian/Mediterranean restaurant & El Patio Mexican restaurant.

Swim trunks, bathing suits, & flip flops accepted.
This dress code applies to Barracuda beach bar, Manatees swim up bar, Rendezvous lobby bar, & Sugar Reef pool bar.
FORMAL
Men: long pants, collared shirts, & dress shoes.
Women: blouses, skirts, slacks, or dresses, & dress shoes.This dress code applies to Bordeaux French cuisine.

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.

Yes! Booking excursions before you arrive in destination is a great way to guarantee availability of your preferred date & time.

We have reserved a variety of room options for our guests from 3-7 nights around our wedding date. If you’d like to extend your stay or explore additional room options, please reach out to your Reservations Coordinator for availability!

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it’s expiring soon or if you need a new passport, apply for one immediately. Passport processing time is taking much longer than normal due to the recent surge in travel. For more passport information, visit travel.state.gov.

Yes! Your round trip transportation from the Cancun (CUN) airport to Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort is included in your guest package. When booking through this website you will also be upgraded to non stop transfers.
Our team will be reaching out to you the weeks prior to travel to collect your flight information for your airport transfers.

No, airfare is not included in your guest package. We recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change and cancelation policies.
