Whether you pay monthly or set up a customized schedule, there are multiple payment options available.
A wedding group discount will be applied based on the rates at the time of booking. Please keep in mind, that room availability & rates are not guaranteed until the required payments are received. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

Yes, you’ll need a passport. Please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after getting back from the trip. If you need a new passport, get started as soon as possible to avoid delays. For more info visit the travel.state.gov website.

Airfare is not included in your guest package. We do recommend booking airfare directly with the airline for the most flexible change & cancelation policies. Creating a Google Flight alert can help you track airfare pricing by sending you fare updates. Find out more information about flight alerts HERE.
When booking your flights, choose the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

All that is needed to secure your reservation is a $100 room deposit! You will then be automatically sent invoices prior to the two required due dates.
If you’d like to make payments before the required due dates, please email our Reservations Coordinator with the *amount you’d like to put towards your reservation.
*A minimum amount of $250 is required for payments made outside of the required due dates.

We’ve reserved a variety of room options for our guests around our wedding date. You can book your stay between 3-7 nights. If you’d like to explore other room categories or dates outside of the current range, please reach out to our Reservations Coordinator for availability!
